Nicholas is a Red Seal heavy equipment mechanic and has been for 15 years all of which was in the mining industry. He has worked for many of the top contractors in the industry at many of the worlds top mine sites.

Lee-Anne has certifications as a heavy equipment operator and has always had interest on how things actually function, Recently Lee-Anne has been signed up as a heavy equipment mechanic apprentice and is thriving to learn more. She is also starting her welding program shortly. She is Lining herself up to be one of very few DUAL trade women in the industry.

We have decided that together we would make a great team and together we could offer a level of service to our clients that is often difficult to attain. With the shortage of tradesman currently in the industry it is difficult to always hit targets on preventative maintenance causing issues further down the line.

We put a lot of thought into naming our company and since drilling equipment is our specialty we decided to name it “Smooth Percussion” a drill running smoothly

There is a lot that is often overlooked when it comes to equipment these days, We look to help our clients Achieve there goals in a timely manner.

We pride ourselves on the industries drilling equipment , We love seeing them being operated and running as smoothly as possible. Helping operators understand the causes behind certain issues and how to avoid them.

Proper adjustments and settings are crucial on todays equipment we aim to help with that by sharing our knowledge with our clients and sharing our experience to not only reach targets but possibly exceed them. 

We have with our suppliers created a good timeframe for parts and service components to keep downtime to a minimum for our clients.
